Note: Complaints need to be made within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the time of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints. Complaints against non-delivery need to be made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints. In case of a defective or a bad quality product complaint, we will replace it. For quality purposes, we might have to get a reverse pickup done for that product before we can get a redelivery done.
